Cancellation & Refund Policy
Yoga Classes & Cards: Thank you for understanding that there are absolutely NO refunds or extensions on yoga classes and yoga class cards/packages, regardless of circumstances. Your yoga card is your personal responsibility. Make sure that you can commit to the period allocated on your card. Unused classes may NOT be transferred to another individual.
Bhangra Classes & Gong Evenings: There are absolutely no refunds on Gong Evenings or Bhangra Dance Classes, unless the Adi Shakti must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Pre-purchased Gong Evening passes do not have an expiry date.
Workshops: Refunds for workshops (minus a $25 administration fee) are provided only if you inform us (by telephone or in person, NOT by e-mail) at least 7 calendar days before the event. After this period, no refunds are permitted, although you may offer your spot to a friend (please inform the Adi Shakti administration in advance if this is the case).
Women’s Yoga Camp: No refunds are permitted on the pre-purchase of Women’s Yoga (summer) Camp attendance. However, you may offer your spot to another woman, provided this person has some Kundalini Yoga experience, and you must inform the Adi Shakti administration of this transfer. The Adi Shakti Yoga Centre reserves the right to accept or not a participant depending on her experience.
Concerts: No refunds on pre-purchased concert tickets. However, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. Any ticket transfers are your own personal responsibility.
