Saturday & Sunday afternoons (by request)
A Yoga Kids' Party is a healthy, wonderful & unique way to celebrate a birthday or special occasion. Classes tailored to your child's age and interests (i.e. themes like Exploration, Animals, Mermaids, etc.) A fun introduction to fitness through yoga & kid-friendly meditation. Materials & mats provided.
Groups of 8 kids or less + one adult: $108. At least one adult must be present. 60 minute classes. Extra $10 per additional child or adult.

What a wonderful way to spend your 11th birthday! My daughter and her friends truly enjoyed their yoga birthday party session. Their instructor took them on a seaside adventure complete with various yoga exercises and mental imagery. Insightful games, beautiful music and dancing were also included.
