Cancellation & Refund Policy
Yoga Classes & Cards: Thank you for understanding that there are absolutely NO refunds or extensions on yoga classes and yoga class cards/packages, regardless of circumstances. Your yoga card is your personal responsibility. Make sure that you can commit to the period allocated on your card. Unused classes may NOT be transferred to another individual.
Gong Bath Evenings: There are absolutely no refunds on Gong Bath Evenings, unless the Adi Shakti studio must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. If you must miss the Gong evening you reserved for, you may offer or sell your spot to a friend for that particular Gong event date.
Workshops: Refunds for workshops (minus a $25 administration fee) are provided only if you inform us (by telephone, by e-mail or in person) at least 7 calendar days before the event. After this period, no refunds are permitted, although you may offer your spot to a friend (please inform the Adi Shakti administration in advance if this is the case).
Yoga Retreats: No refunds are permitted on the pre-purchase of Yoga Retreats. However, you may offer your spot to another person, provided this person has some Kundalini Yoga experience, and you must inform the Adi Shakti administration of this transfer. The Adi Shakti Yoga Centre reserves the right to accept or not a participant.
