Pop-Up yoga classes are peppered throughout the year, to allow new students to experience a taste of Kundalini Yoga taught with love & devotion at the Adi Shakti Yoga Home Sanctuary. This is also an opportunity for our current community of pre-registered season students to pop in and enjoy extra classes.
